Nanocrystalline is a new type of Fe-based soft magnetic materials. Traditionally, metal crystalline materials with larger crystal grains were considered to have better magnetic characteristics. However, Nanocrystalline is invented with extremely small crystal grains ( at around 10nm, that’s why it is called Nano materials), considerably improve the magnetic characteristics.
FEATURES
High saturation flux density, high permeability, low core loss, low magnetostriction, good temperature stability. The materials help to make various magnetic components for electronic devices lighter and increasingly compact, energy saving and low noise.
